More Information about TurnMaster

TurnMaster is a complete, very flexible system which is supplied ready to build into your machine construction.

 

The unit consists of a servo motor and precision gear mounted on a robust mounting plate together with a programmable servo controller. The gear axle is mounted with a mounting disc ready for installation of a turntable, but the unit can also be supplied including turntable.

 
TurnMaster is supplied with software for easy programming of the turntable motion. Once the servo controller has been programmed as required using a PC, all control can be accomplished from a PLC.

 

TurnMaster is available in 3 versions for various loads, each model with or without a turntable. TurnMaster software can set-up the system in less than 2 minutes.

TurnMaster is supplied with a Spinea (or Harmonic Drive) precision servo gear which has 0 arc-minutes play. Turntable precision can therefore be determined solely by servo-technology, which is particularly precise. Harmonic Drive gears have a specially compact construction and are known e.g. from Motoman robots.

TurnMaster is extremely flexible. Units can be supplied with or without the turntable itself. The mounting plate, mounting disc and/or turntable itself can be supplied according to size, so that the unit fits directly into your machine construction.
